http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Govenor inaugurates heritage village [The Source: www.hadhramaut.info - 19/7/2008] Governor of Hadhramout Mr/ Salim Ahmed Alkhanbashi inaugurated the heritage and tourist village in the garden of Balfageeh Cultural Center in Al-Mukalla yesterday evening in the framework of Albaldah Fifth tourist and and cultural Festival held currently in Hadhramaut. The governor Alkhanbashi was briefed on the components of the  village located on an area of three thousand square meters and includes a popular market to display and sell traditional industries, including food products and handicrafts of which Hadhramaut is famous. In addition to the presentation of the traditional tools of utensils and clothing which were used  in the past  to promote tourism and enlighten people about the customs and traditions of the people of Mukalla in Albaldah season .
