Omaier Mbarak Omaier - Undersecretary for  Hadhramaut and Sahraaa  the affairs The session discussed a number of important reports, including report on the level of implementation of the budget for the departments of wadi and sahraa for the first half of the year 2010.  A report on the mechanism for the collection  Zakat from the Wadi, and the report on the mechanism of tax collection and report on the collection of customs revenues as well as ways  to combat smuggling. It also discussed   report on the role of local councils in the follow-up of  directorates collection financial resources Wadi and Sahraa  as well as to review the decisions of the last meeting of th    provincial  local council  session. The meeting was attended Local Council  Member  Mr. Mohammed Omar Bin Halman and Governorate and the Colonel Hassan Mogshem  - Deputy Director of Security for Wadi  and the Sahraa. .
