http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Qasam marks Eid al-Fitr with the legacy ofthe ancestors [The Source: TARIM/hadhramaut.info - 17/09/2010] In Order to preserve  original National Heritage  and  within Tarim activities as the capital of Islamic culture in 2010, Qasam town situated in Tarim  Hadhramaut Governorate  witnessed the ananual  Heritage Festival feast . The activities were organized  by Al-shoulah Sports and Cultural Team  to celebrate.  the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, Abstract.The  festival began  with  recitation of verses from the Holy Koran, after Cheif  elder  "Almugaddam" Qays ibn Al-abd Bin Yimani Al-Tamimi delivereed a speech  where  he  sent his meassage of congratulation to the political leadership,Yemeni people and the people of the region and the district   on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr that  coincide  with the celebration  our yemen revolution.  . .For his part,  Mr. Saad Ahmed Mahrous Bahanan  head of the Qasam  celebrations committee thanked the local authority, elders and the  district elders for  their contribution and the part they played with the administrative board of theAl-shoolah sprot club in orrganizing organized this  annual festival of Eid-ulfitr The festivals contained a number of sessions , including the traditional operetta Idd Night , development  and prepared Mr,  MubarakSaid Salim Said, Ba-eisha,Salim Said Ba-hannan,  Saleh Saad Bahanan and Haj Khamis Ba-mzeidan. Also songs  with the participation of vocalist Khalid ibn Nasr from Tarim City
