The meeting also reviewed possible support for the Yemeni security systems expected to be announced at the upcoming meeting of Yemen's Friends in New York later this month. Al Masri appreciated the British aid to Yemen and efforts of Torlot in strengthening the bilateral relationship between the tow countries.For his part, Torlot reiterated his country's readiness to provide more aid to Yemen, particularly at the friends' meeting.He also said he will work to develop the Yemeni-UK ties during his tenure as he praised strides the Yemeni security systems have made in all areas.
