The Sudanese Minister of State for
Foreign Affairs Kamal al-Deen Ba-Bakr arrived on Friday in Sana'a to
participate in the 10th ministerial meeting of the Indian Ocean Rim-Association
for Regional Cooperation (IOR-ARC), scheduled for Sunday in Sana'a.
Upon arrival, the minister affirmed
to Saba the importance of the meeting as it includes countries from the African
Horn and Yemen
forming a geographical unity imposing coordination and cooperation among the
Association member states in order to keep peace and security in the region.
The
meeting will also deal with the political and economic cooperation areas in a
way to benefit the IOR-ARC, he added, noting that expanding circle of the
member countries will positively be reflected on stability of situations
