He warned of the attempt by some to fish in troubled waters. For his part, Haidar consider the formation of the committee equally from both sides is a practical and serious step for the success of any coming dialogue, especially that it included a number of prominent national figures, who are able to exchange different points of view and to offer useful solutions and proposals to address the situations and challenges facing Yemen. The pointed out that the power and the opposition should feel the national responsibility and be aware of the dangers facing the country and work together honestly and openly to resolve them away from the political jockeying. It is noteworthy that on July 17 the GPC and JMP signed on July 17 a joint minute to carry out February agreement of 2009, under sponsorship of President Ali Abdullah Saleh.According to the minute, the two sides agreed to give a chance for all political parties and civil society organizations to discuss constitutional amendments on the political and electoral system of the nation.
