The talks also focused on the reliable means to reinforce relations to be further improved in a way to serve joint interests of Yemen and the EU member states.During the meeting, d'Urso affirmed determination of the European Union to provide more support in order to develop the Police Academy, noting that the EU will finance two projects in the security area and developing thePolice Academy at a total cost of 33 million Euros. For his part, the minister, al-Masri, hailed the support offered by the EU for Yemen security systems, particularly in the academic field.
