Decree No. (140) for the year in 2010  to establishe the University of Wadi Hadhramaut. Decree No. (141) for the year in 2010  to established  Saada  University A decree also  issued today by the President of the Republic,  Decree no (12) for the year in 2010,   appointing   Dr. / Ali Ahmed Nasser Al-awshoaoc a member of the Supreme Court.
