http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Parliament gives Govt 60 days to reform security corporation [The Source: SANA'A/ hadhramaut.info/sabanews.net - 15/07/2010] Parliament has recommended the government to form a committee from the parliament and the public prosecution to supervise releasing arrestees without legal justifications.

After a session to question Deputy Prime Minister for Security Affaires Rashad al-Alimi and Interior Minister Mutahar al-Masri on the security situation in the country, the committee will free any prisoners in Political Security Organization, National Security Organization and private jails with no legal justification and punish those, who gave orders to arrest them.
The parliament has given the government no more than two months to reform the security corporation. It directed the government to pursue the murderers, kidnappers and criminals and secure the roads and citizens' lives and submit a report to the parliament in two months.
Moreover, the recommendations include obliging the government to cancel all illegal decisions assigning a number of local council members and executive offices' heads in some governorates.The parliament has discussed the questions presented by members Abdu Mohamed Bishr, Abdul Aziz Jubari and Ahmed Saif Hashed and the responses of the Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister.The two officials accentuated their commitments to tackle the security problems and spare no efforts to impose the role of law via forming a "Crisis Committee" to deal and follow-up the security issue and submit a monthly report to the parliament.
