Peace Be Upon Him ,lies on the surface of a mountain upon which a dome was built for the first time in the ninth century AH .
To reach that place, visitors head towards the eastern part of tareem city. The tomb is one km away from the city of tareem .
Our car left  the city of Sayoon early on Friday morning towards that asphalted road on whose sides many villages scattered there: Alkoz village,Algariah village,Enat village,Qasam village,Alkhoon village,Assoom village,Fughma village .Each one of these villages stops any passerby to tell him a new chapter of of the story of   the long history of this Valley (Wadi Hadramawt) and tell them the story of this annual visit to the tomb that takes place over the period from 6 - 12 Shaban  where  tens of thousands of visitors from everywhere arrive to the tomb. So the silent ,quiet village empty of its inhabitants becomes a noisy crowded city by the advent of these visitors.
• Charming scenes
Despite my visit to the region several times,  the recent trip  has a different taste. We have reached this area via the newly asphalted road, which is about to  finish  soon and has linked the village of Hood to different areas there, where this road penetrates the dark  green  agricultural lands and the sounds of pumps and the spread of groceries in the stations to provide fuel .In addition to the  multi-charming scienes of the mountain chain extended to that region whose  dazzling beauty  captures any coming visitor.
The Journey to the tomb of the Prophet Hood had  given me a chance to watch the archaeological site of Alor Fort  located in the southern side of the asphalted road inThawbah region. This fort was built on a hill which overlooks the agricultural fields and is expecting the  eye of  care and attention from the part of the concerned authorities to maintain it as a historical  landmark that  tells a  historical life of  humanity in this  region in a period of time.
This visit also gave me a chance to stop at an archaeological site in an area located near McKinnon located  (80 km from Sayoon) where there is an ongoing archaeological excavations at the archaeological site, which tells the life of the city of four thousand  years ago.
On our way to  the village of Nabi Hood tomb,I was  impressed by the various formations in the mountain rocks, which changed its form whenever its outlook angle changes where it is  viewed of in a very different beatuiful image
