Iran Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki is to take part in the 10th round for the Foreign Ministers of Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Cooperation (IOR-ARC) to be held in Sana'a on August 2 – 5.
Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi told the weekly 26 September that Foreign Ministers of 18 countries, including the Iranian's, would join in the IOR-ARC meeting.The meeting will approve the IOR-ARC amended charter reviewed by an IOR-ARC sub-committee of senior officials, al-Qirbi said, accenting that the amended charter would enhance the cooperation between the IOR-ARC's states.He added that meeting's agenda comprises several issues pertaining to investment and in-between trade, especially in areas of fishery industries and transport.Yemen is the current president of IOR-ARC until 2011, when India will receive the presidency.
