Headed by Deputy Minister of Interior Saleh al-Zawari, the National Committee of Security and Safety (NCSS) discussed mechanism of inspecting stores of selling gas cylinders in districts of Sana'a capital.

The committee also discussed condition of entering gas cylinders to the market and mechanism of withdrawing the damaged cylinders from market to be replaced with new one as well as commitment of these stores with safety standards.The committee affirmed importance of organizing awareness campaign across the country to clarify risks of the damaged gas cylinders in order to reduce incidents cased by these cylinders.
