The ceremony was started with the recitation from the Holy Quran read by Mr. Khalid Omar Ba-jendouh Local Council Member and Chairman , Planning and Development Committee .In the outeset of his speech he praised the political leadership represented by His Excellency President Ali Abdullah Saleh on the occasion of Yemen national holidays, stressing the desire of the local authority to support the school in itseducational process .
