The festival will take place  in the city of Cairo , in a cultural event not enjoyed  before by any  Arab  writer before,  showing painted features of the International Conference of creations of  Bakathir, which is evaluated by the General Union of Arab Writers and the Association of Literature of the Islamic World in Cairo.
