The panamian ship that sank the coast of Scotra was a result of wave height that wa more more than 8 m,  seadisorder and was faced  with the sea wind speed of more than (60) knots.  The  Panamanian cargoship's   name (Dubai Moon) sank  on Friday evening, 05.21.2010, 25 - nautical miles north of Samha Islanad near to   Abdul Kory Island in Socotra .
