The congratulations were extended by Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, Jordan's King Abdullah II and Kuwaiti Crown Prince Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
