A training course on health
awareness for health guides in Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camps
concluded in here on Saturday.
During the course, 20 participants
were acquainted with the means of health awareness, environment pollution
protection and the importance of the personal cleanness in addition to
preserving camp's cleanness.The course was organized by the
Yemeni Women's Union (YWU) (YWU) branch in Saada province in cooperation with
OXFAM International.In the conclusion of the course,
YWU's branch head Amat al-Bari Amer said that the course is a part of a
multi-activity program under-implementation currently in the IDPs camps. The participated Health guides will
carry out six-month awareness programs for the IDPs, she added.
