The order came on the occasion of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Unification Day of Yemen¸ state-run 26sep.net reported on Thursday.The directive stipulated halting current judicial proceedings against al-Maqalih and came several months after the president had ordered his release and pardon on other charges.In February, al-Maqalih appeared before a Sana’a court, charged with supporting the Huothi rebels in the far north of the country.
