http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Duan District buys Two vehicles for garbage collection [The Source: Douan/hadhramaut.info - 28/04/2010] Douan District local council supplemented its fleet of garbage collection with vehicles at a cost of 10 million rials. The motive is  to improve the level of hygiene in all areas of the  Districts. Speaking to  to the news agency (Saba),  the District -Commissioner, President of the local council  Mr. Saleh Saeed Ba-shamel, said  that the purchase of these vehicles will come under the supervision  of local council services. The purpose of the purchace is to improve the  hygiene and  aesthetic appearance of the citiey and villages of the Diistrict.He called for called on the citizens to develop a waste garbage in designated areas to ensure easy  transfer  of wastes materials so that no pollution is caused from it. .
