http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Presidential decree issued to elect local councils' SGs, committee heads [The Source: sana'a/ hadhramaut.info/sabanews.net - 21/04/2010]  A presidential decree No. 9 for 2010 was issued on Wednesday with regard to calling local councils of the governorates and districts to convene and hold elections for their representatives. The decree is of two articles: 1- Local councils of the governorates and districts shall meet in the administrative units centers at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 05, 2010 in order to elect secretary generals and heads of the specialized committees. 2- The decree shall come into force from the date of issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
