http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Endowment Council discusses religious sermons and laws pertainingto . mosques [The Source: sana'a/hadhramaut.info/sabanews.net - 24/03/2010] Supreme Council for Endowments and Guidance at its regular meeting today, chaired by the Minister of Endowments and Guidance, Hamoud Abdulhamid al-Hattar, disscussed the religious  sermons  discourse, that contains policy guidance and vision of the ministry to oversee the Koran  schools teaching. It should  also include in it, the  interest of  strengthening  religious, culture of sound, straight, and human development programs that contribute to the reconstruction of the religious spirit, and the development of patriotism and national unity.The Board reviewed the t law on mosques, and the content of the materials on the construction of mosques, spending, and the definition of workers. The  conditions of supervising the use of water and electricity in order to ensure optimal and rational use of them, as well as the  legal and ethical controls to ensure the safety of pulpit when giving sermons. The Supreme Council for endowment and guidance  insisted that  on  importance of giving this  project  a special need and supervision of the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance on all mosques in the Republic.  Also  the need to develop a rigorous financial statements for the income and expenses of  mosques.
