The meeting between the two was  to  discuss the coordination mechanism between them in the two governorates in different areas of reconstruction and the reconstruction of the disaster left by rains and floods that swept across Hadhramaut in the end of October 2008 in Coatstal and Wadi .Also the rehabilitation of urban roads in addition to the work of reconstruction activities already done by the project in  compensation to the citizens. The meeting was attended by undersecretary /Executive Director for  reconstruction  fund Hadhramout and Mahra   governorates  Engineer / Abdullah Mutaafi , Hadhramaut provincial the Under-Secretary for Technical Affairs Engineer / Fahad Saeed Menhali and a number of officials in relevant agencies.
