It was  District   The lecture as on the importance  of  early screening for breast cancer as the best way to fight the disease, noting the importance of breast self-examination monthly and to  avoid examination  during the monthly cycle, as a woman's breasts may swell and become painful once it is touched or perhaps appear blocked or protrusions, and these usually disappear after the end of the menstrual cycle . The lecture specially  talked on  the types of breast cancer, which affects women and  its causes. Noting the need to raise awareness of women to  consult a physician immediately when she  notices or discovers any minor changes to her breasts and follow the steps recommended when  performing the examination, especially done by herself self.  The lecture comes within the framework of advocacy and educational  that Hadhramaut  institution had prepared  to fight cancer and  aims at creating  awareness and prevention of this serious disease and  its early detection. In its programme there are  field visists  to  a number of facilities and health institutions in the districts of the province.
