The tournamnet kicks off  in Seiyoun on Sunday  afternoon 14 / 3.. with six clubs after the withdrawal of Wehdat Al-hami and went down to  third division.This is the first time for Douan  Club to participate within the Second division  club  after qualifying in the group games which was held in  Mukalla, while wo other  clubs  also qualified
