Hadhramout Assistant Deputy Governor Mr.  Mohammed Saeed Ba-gutmi thanked  Department of Civil Defense  for the role it  plays while  performing its duties  in  Hadhramout and their national and humanitarian work in the field of safety that it provide  to the  citizens to  rescue them from drowning and fire.
