Decree No.(45) for 2010 approved the agreement of educational cooperation between Ministries of Education in Yemen and China for 2009-2011, signed in Sana'a on April 8,2009. Decree No. 46 for 2010 approved the judicial agreement between the governments of Yemen and Lebanon, signed in Sana'a city on March 8, 2009. Decree No.47 for 2010 ratified the cooperation agreement between Yemen Ministry of Education and Tajikistan Ministry of Education, signed in Aden city on December 1, 2008. Decree No.48 for 2010 approved the cooperation agreement in the economic, technical and scientific areas, signed between the governments of Yemen and Tajikistan in Aden city on December 1, 2008. Decree No.49 for 2010 was issued assigning Jamal Abdul Khaliq al-Khawlani as undersecretary of Ministry of Local Administration for Localities Development Sector. Decree No.50 for 2010 was issued also appointing Dr. Najeeb Mansour al-Owj as an executive general director of Aden Refinery Company. The final article of those decrees stipulated to put them into force as of their date of issuance and to publish them in the Official Gazette.
