And Law No. (18) for the year 2008 amending some articles of Law No. (4) for the year 2000 on the local authority and its amendments. And on  Presidential Decree No. (50) for the year  2007 to form the government and the designation of its members and its amendments. Based on the Minister of Local Administration of the reasons that have prevented the election of the governor. Decided: Article (1): appointment of  Mr.Taha Abdullah Hajar as Governor of Saada.province, Article (2): This decision effective  from the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
