Ali Mujawar appointing  Mr. Saleh Mohammed Ba-wal  Director-General -Office of the Ministry of Fisheries Hadramout coast. The second article of the Decree states that it should be inforce  from the date of issuance and those  concerred to be informed for its  implemetation.it.
