Assistant Undersecretary Fahd Alaagam: We feel that the conditions of people affected by flood disaster Provincial  Assistant Undersecretary for Wadi and Sahraa Mr. Fahad Salah Alaagam emphasized on the need for all  to feel  the conditions of the affected  people.   All those lost their homes completely,same people are moving forward towards the efforts of governmental and local institutions to overcome the effects of disastrous floods and select to  work from a single channel so as to give  service to the affected  at its lowest ost, lowest . He said this while opening  a special workshop  In Seiyoun today on the mechanisms of dealing with those affected, areas of coordination between the Fund and intervening, The workshop was organized by the fund reconstruction of areas affected by floods in Hadhramout and Mahra  provinces
