The meeting was chaired by  Hadhramaut  Governor , Mr. Salim Ahmed Khanbashi Chairman of the Committee in the presence of the of Local Councils Secretary- General  Mr. Saeed Ali Ba-yumein . It also  reviewed  last year 2009 project funded by oil companies indicating the need for  level of follow-up funds with the company, medical equipment  given to the Ghail Bin Yumein District. Also discussed was Canadian firm Nexen Petroleum projects for the  year  2009, stressing the need to follow up the needs of disticts  in the province of necessary projects specified by  the company and their   limiits.  The companies  discussion should be held  with the local authority and be completed by the end next February.
