[The Source: sana'a /hadhramaut.info/sabanews.net - 18/01/2010] The  problem is not new and  being repeated  every year an by unknown perpetrator and the victims outside are many.  It seems  its in a need  for "road map" to receive the optimal solution. These in short  are : the problem  is of textbooks  sale on the sidewalks, under a large deficit suffered by the schools."Politically" the issue  already  investigated the issue , but keeps on coming back again and again , perhaps the problem  one day will  falls on ears and  national consciences   with adequate  total  regard
