They approved the models and initial steps to raise the level of coordination and communication between the governmental institutions and the Secretariat of the Cabinet and to build regulatory bases for operations of following-up, assessing and implementing the government's policies and general programs.During the meeting, 300 participants from the administrative leaderships in the state institutions reviewed outcomes of the committees that were formed to identify the effective methods for the preparation of performance plans and evaluations of the government and the forms devoted to determine rates of achievement in the implementation of the state public policies and programs included in the government's agenda
