[The Source: mukalla/hadhramaut.info - 28/12/2009] Al-Khanbashi laid down  the foundation stone for residential construction project in Al-sheher for  the victims of  floods.  Hadramout Governor Mr. Salem Ahmed Al-Khanbashi today laid the foundatuion stine for  residential buildings assigned for affected people  by rains and floods in Shahr Districts. The project consist of 22 residential  houses, costing 210 million riyals and place a total area of 15 thousand square meters. The construction  of nuilding is expected to take ten months. .The ceremony was attended by the Hadhramout  Undersecretary for Technical Affairs  Engineer Fahad Saeed Al-Menhali, Fund  Executive Director  for the reconstruction of areas affected by floods in   Hadramout and Al-Mahra Eng.  Abdullah Mutaafi, Al-sheher District Commissioner Mr.Hussein Mohammad Ba-daahiah, officials of the District local council and its  Executive Office,  Mukalla Reconstruction Fund  and those beneficiaries from this project.
