Senior Interior Undersecretary General Mohammed Bin Abdullah al-Qawsi said security apparatuses were able in the past few days to capture about 200 of the elements of the Houthi sleeper cells in the old city of Saada and some have surrendered to the security authorities and the rest were arrested during attacks by security apparatuses of hideouts of the Houthi elements of terrorist sleeper cells.

Those remarks came during al-Qawsi inspection visit to forward security positions in Old Saada. Al-Qawsi discussed with those security authorities a number of issues relating to the state of security in the city. He praised their roles in fighting sleeper cells of the Houthi gang in the old city of Saada.General al-Qawsi on Wednesday also visited emergency police in the position of Wahan Mountain and praised their high morale and role in clearing the city of Saada from hideouts of the Houthi gangs
