http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Laying foundation stone for the construction of the Sheikh Khalifa A-lnahyan City [The Source: Mukalla /hadhramaut.info - 13/12/2009] Hadhramout  Governor Mr.Salem Ahmed Al-Khanbashi together with the Chairman  Board of Directors of UAE Red Crescent Mr.  Ahmed Humaid Al-Mazrui and His Excellency the Ambassador of United Arab Emirates to our country Mr. Matar Abdullah Al -Mazrui  today in Muksalla laid the foundation Stone  for the construction of 200 housing units within the project of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan,  for those affected by disaster  by rain and floods.. The function was attended by the provincial  Under-secretary for Technical Affairs, Engineer Fahad SaeedAl-Menhali, the Provincial Deputy Assistant Mr. Ali Omar  Bahisami , Chairman of the Commission's local council services in the province  Abdullah Omar Bawazir,  Executive Director of Al-Saleh Social Foundation for Development  Mr. Ali Abdul Rahman Al-Akwa,  Director Recunstructuion Fund Mukalla Branch ,Eng.  Moiz Mohsin Ba-fadhil   and a number of officials from the  offices of the  ministries and government departments in the governorate.. 5
