Two Saudi companies specialized in the tourism and real estate investments owned by a number of Saudi businessmen to implement two separate real estate projects in Yemen.

The first, in Mukalla city in Hadramout governorate and the other in Ibb city after completing all stages  in a total cost $ 300 million.

The Engineer Mohamed Nasser Habtoor, the chairman of Yemeni group for development stated that the company will implement a real, big and tourist projects in Al-Mukalla city in Hadramout governorate in cost of $ 50 million.

 He noted that the first phase will be as improving for the land and infrastructure services, roads, marinas and a number of residential buildings.
