Minister of Foreign Affairs Abu Bakr al-Qirbi held talks on Monday with the Palestinian National Authority President Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) over the latest development situations in the Palestinian arena and results of the meeting of the Palestinian team with US envoy for Middle East peace process Senator George Mitchell over negotiations of the final solution.

The two sides have discussed results of reconciliation efforts being hosted by Cairo between Fatah and Hamas movements and the latest field situations in the occupied territories in the light of Israeli attacks against the Holy Quds.President Abbas confirmed the Palestinian people with their different national factions support for the Yemeni unity and stability.Al-Qirbi reaffirmed Yemen's firm attitude to support the Palestinian people for the sake of achieving their aim of freedom and building their independent state with Quds the capital.
