http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Third meeting of the Yemeni-Omani businessmen Council start city of Salalah [The Source: al-mukallahadhramaut.info - 29/09/2005] Third Meeting of the Council of Yemeni -Oman businessmen  Council  began on Tuesday night in the city of Salalah headed by the President of Hadhramout Chamber of Commerce and Industry , President of the Yemeni  Council Mr.  Omar  Abdel Rahman Ba-joroush, and Chairman  the Omani side  being presented by  Mr.  Anwar Ali  Sultan. heading the Omani Team. In a statement  to (SABA) news Agency M Bajoroush said as he left the  Mukalla  international airport this afternoon on his way to the Sultanate of Oman at the head of the Yemeni  side delegation to the meeting : The  three days meeting will discuss  a number of issues for the assessment of trade exchange between the two brotherly countries as well as the  field visits accompanied by the Ministers of  Industry and Trade of Yemen and Oman, two of the executors of border trade and shipping Yemeni port of Shehen and that of  Mazyona  in Oman to identify the flow of trade and customs clearance of exported goods. Also the difficulties which obstruct the flow and speed up customs procedures in implementing and facilitating the movement of businessmen, investors and passengers between the two countries. He pointed out that the members of the Yemeni side in the Council will also reconnaissance visits to factories and industrial areas, including Raysut  area to identify the experience of industry in Oman. As noted by the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry President of Hadramaut, in the  Omani- Yemeni Business  Council, the balance of trade in goods of national origin are likely to be part of the Omani, dramatically, as the value of Omani exports to our country with 28 billion and 503 ملايين and 299 thousand Yemeni riyals to 3 billion and 458 million and 466 thousand Yemeni riyals value of Yemeni exports exported to Oman during the past year in 2008.
