He noted carefully  that the local authority in the Province is commitment to adhere to the  principle, which is always promoted by President Ali Abdullah Saleh, President of the Republic in order to reflect the concept of partnership between all parties political action in the country on the basis of opinion and opposing opinion, and pursuant to the principle of transparency in relation to issues at home, be it  big or small.
