The approval was reached  with the co-management  and the workers in the port of Mukalla, names of temporary workers employed at the port is to forwarded  so that the specific years of service be cleared and sent  to the Ministry of Transport to address the dues and payment ending  of service, after the  committee  couplets the relevant with the joint management review and considers the  complaints filed workers.This was discussed in  a meeting today Mukalla,  chaired by Mr.  Salim  Salim Al-khanbashi Hadhramaut's Province  Governor  with the officials in the Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, branch trade union and co-management of Mukalla Port.The meeting was also attended by Secretary-General of Local Councils  Mr. Saeed Ali ba-yumein  and Chairman,   Authority Committee for Social Affairs Management in the Local Councils Mr.  Abboud Al-omgi . The discussed among other issues the actions and measures undertaken by the relevant committee on the ways   conditions of dealinf with temporary workers in the port of Mukalla and  ways to  accelerate procedure  in order to ensure they receive their benefits of end of service in the port He urged members of the Committee to redouble their efforts in completing statements that includes  the names of temporary workers, consider all appeals, examined and reviewed. All these to  submitted to the Department of Transportation not later than   next Saturday, pointing out that such actions taken by the local authority, trade unions and the competent authorities is to maintain a positive contribution to preserving the rights of temporary workers in the port of Mukalla and enable them to receive indemnities in accordance with the Labor Code.
