[The Source: seiyoun/hadhramaut.imfo - 06/09/2009] Hadhramaut under-secretary for Wadi and Sahraa Affairs    Mr., Omaier Mubarak Omaier,  distributed the allocation money to  those people  affected by  rains and floods  in the districts of Wadi Hadhramaut in last  year October rainfall. The allocation  is meant for  total reconstruction of their houses that were taken by floods. in the process of inaugurating the distribution  the  signing of  contracts of financing  the reconstruction with a number of beneficiaries in the districts of Al-qatn between 260 cases targeted by the first phase in this District with the rest of similar cases in other districts of the process of total reconstruction .. These contracts included the reconstruction fund to finance and oversee the building of housing units for families that their number  do not exceed  seven and  the  cost of constructing these  housing unit is   about 5 million  and 450 thousand rials,. included in  Ceremony were     some of the  poems given by poet Rubieh Saleh Bil-laswa, also  documentary  film showing the activities of the institution over  nine-year period  that dealt with the steps taken under the strategy of the institution's work until the year 2015 was  shown
