http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Imam Haddad remembered [The Source: Hadhramaut.Info - 05/12/2006] Under the  auspicious  of Mr. Abdulagader Ali Hilal ,the governor of Hadhramaut ,the seventh  symposium to commemorate  Imam Hadad was opened in  Mukalla tonight. For four days, symposiom will focus on the  character of Imam Haddad  particularly and the siginficant role of Hadhramaut School of Thought as  a model of moderation in general. The symosuim was organized by   Innovation Centre for Revivinig the Heritage (CICRH)and in corporation with Al-Wafa Forum for Cultural Activities  during Dec 5-8,2006. Opening the  symposium, Mr.Hilal said that it is the  time to revive the glory of those great men who were the bearers of peace to the world. He concluded his speech by underscoring the imporatnce of the  symposium and wished success to the participants. Sheikh Abubaker AlMashhour ,prominent Islamic scholar ,said that when we mention Imam Haddad it doesnot mean that we are looking for a glory of Imam Haddad   individually  rathar telling today's generation about those people who spread peace by Sawak and pen not by force. Many papers will be presented in the symposuim sheding light on the life of Imam Haddad.
