He said all should be   involved with the steps of incorporation of this facility to maintain the health and medical services.  provide direct and free of charge to citizens in accordance with technical standards,   proper and correct. Calling  on the leadership of the Governorate National Center for laboratories   to supervise and prepare for the establishment of this National Center for Blood Transfusion Services which in its first phase.He stressed that the local authority will support the maintenance of any directions and practical steps to establish such a center that the  province is need of it.
