This is the second installment of fifty per cent of estimated damage, for the reconstruction of disaster left by rains and floods that hit the provinces of Hadramout and Mahra in late October of last year in 2008. This was said by   undersecretary Engineer  Mohamed Abdullah Mutaafi  Fund  Executive Director, for  Reconstruction  of Hadramout and Mahra provinces  , "It has been brought to notice that partially affected by the disaster whose number is more than thirty-nine family  within Tarim district , their fund  was given  to the  field team concerned to hand it over to them. The handing over was done   from house to house in the middle of this week
