The opening ceremony was attended by Undersecretary of Hadramout province, for the technical affairs , Engineer Fahad Saeed Al- Menhali, and  member of the House of Representatives Mr.   Sulaiman Al-mohomodi , the director of the  Branch General  Manager for   Rural Electricity Eng Abdullah Ibn Bishr,  ofHajar District commissioner  Nassir Bal-beheith and a number of other officials.
