The request comes amid massive destruction the leaders have ordered the Houthi followers to commit in Saada and other parts of the republic.Launching an armed rebellion in 2004, the Houthis continue to fight the troops, kill innocents and attack their properties and commit banditry as well as derailing development projects and peace efforts.Among those sought to be arrested is Badr al-Din Amir al-Din al-Houthi, the spiritual leader of the Houthi rebels.Lately the army moved severely against the rebels, in an offensive prompted by rebel continuous lawbreaking and sabotaging.
