He also called on those, who want to print their artistic works within this activity, to submit their works to a concerned committee during the same period. "The city of Tarim will be under the microscope of the Islamic world's countries" said al-Maflahi during his meeting with Undersecretary of Hadramout governorate Omair Mubarak in Traim. He considered celebrating Tarim as Islamic culture capital is honor for all sons of Hadramout and Yemen in general, noting that all should be involved in these activities.In the meeting, al-Maflahi listened to notes presented by the local council and a number of executive leaderships in the province over the activities' preconceptions.Al-Maflahi hoped unify the roles of Civil Society Organizations and the government to work as a team for achieving the goals of choosing Tairm as an Islamic culture capital.The meeting discussed suitable mechanisms for executing all activities so as to highlight the historical position of the city and its role in spreading Islam and its tolerant values throughout the world.The meeting also dealt with measures taken at the central and local level to begin carrying out the occasion's activities.The debates focused on the necessity of availing from the last period of the current year to finalize the preparatory works related to infrastructure, affirming the integration between official and public efforts
