Decree No. 190 for 2009 assigned Abdul-Rahman Ahmed Saghir as an Undersecretary of Ministry of Religious Endowment and Islamic Affairs for Qura'an Memorization Schools Affairs. Decree No. 191 for 2009 appointed Safwat Abdul-Wahab al-Ghashm as a board chairman for General Corporation for Cinema and Theatre. Decree No 192 for 2009 was issued appointing Qassem Abdul-Rahman al-Afifi as an Assistant Undersecretary for Lahj Governorate.
