In this blessed day ,and on behalf of myself and my brothers (members of the local and ececutive councils , sons of Hadhramout Governorate) , we are expressing our deepest congratulations and blessings to His Excellency Mr / Abdrabo Mansoor Hadi ,president of Yemen on the occasion of the reunification Day.
Yemeni unity is an important and strategic turning point occurred in the history of Yemen in particular and the region in general.It constitutes the culture and ambitions of our generations, in the events of the Yemeni revolution, which the Yemeni people fought for.
The re-establishment of the Yemeni unity at the hands of Mr President / Abdrabo Mansoor Hadi in the twenty-second of May 1990 coupled with democracy, pluralism and provided climates suitable for a major investment and the exploitation of natural resources for the development of the country and improve and develop partnership relations with the segments of society on one hand and with brothers and friends On the other hand.
Eighteen years of contributions and achievements and cultural transformations granted the unity a full eligibility.There should be no guardian or agent, but the will of the people who do not accept any alternative to Yemen.Where in this period of time, a major development in all areas of development and a lot of events and festivals of democracy and raising the level of education and improving management and use of technology And meet the aspirations of young people. Women have also taken their political positions in the government, parliament and local councils and the Shura and civil society organizations, institutions, trade unions . As for the people who were born after the unity,they represent 60% of the sons of the Yemeni people during the seventeen years, which confirms that the Yemeni unity was fixed and entrenched firmly like mountains. The flag is standing proudly. and Yemen became a milestone in history and a milestone in international forums in many events .. Yemen has seen a mass democracy weddings, in which the Yemeni people exercised the freedom and right to choose a representative, whether in local councils or in the parliament or in presidential elections feel and direct elections.Al countries , and organizations all over the world have praised our democracy.Our country has witnessed , during this period, several constitutional amendments to keep in company with the great achievements The country has witnessed.and guaranteeing the freedom of citizens to exercise their rights and be free and happy in his country.
Our country Has witnessed the evolution of our legislative system by issuing a law to fight corruption and financial disclosure law and the law of tenders and auctions so as to combat corruption sought by the political leadership to eliminate all its forms through the integrated system of laws and legislation and the development and improvement of the law of the local authority and the reduction of the centralization and giving powers as well as many elections to elect All-districts director-generals , provincial governors within the electoral program of His Excellency Mr President also the success of donors conference in London and the conference to explore investment opportunities in Yemen and providing fertile investment environment. Yemen will witness during the coming period a great economic renaissance included in the electoral program of President / Abdrabo Mansoor Hadi , by which He gained the confidence of the people in Yemen to establish a new and better future for a number of diverse projects, which can improve living conditions and reduce unemployment which will give Yemen a leap in all fields and shaking the dust of the combat all remnants of colonialism .
Further attention to youth and addressing their causes and develop their abilities and talents was given because this category is of a great importance in different sectors of society also stressed strengthening the role of women in political and public life and the elimination of discrimination and manifestations of differences and to involve them in development in this atmosphere of the re-establishment of the Yemeni unity, which exceeds roses , Jasmine , incense and lute from Hadramaut culture. Today we announce the opening of a number of projects and to lay the foundation stone for other projects at a cost of 22 billion riyals and number of 315 projects (three hundred and fifteen projects).
The govern orates of Hadramout witnessed during the life of the unity many accomplishments. In roads ,such as the road of (Safer - Hadhramaut) and through (Hadramout - Almahrah) and the coastal road (Hadramout - Sayhoot - alghidhah) and with the construction of four tunnels and expansion project being implemented in the international road connecting Hadhramaut,Almahrah and Oman and expansion of Aden / Mukalla road by expanding and improving the road to the airport in addition to many of the roads linking districts as well as projects to develop and improve the city including the city of Mukalla and Khor Corniche Al-Mukalla, and the town and street lighting, trees, lighting the road to the airport and modernize the international airport of Al-Rayyan ..
There is also a qualitative change in the health aspect in the province in terms of expansion of hospitals and health centers and the improvement and development of health services in all regions and adoption it and also adopting jobs in the health sector this year over previous years, under the guidance of His Excellency Mr President .
The Hadramaut province witnessed in the education sector, there is a quantum leap in all areas of general and vocational education example of which Hadramout University of Science and Technology, which includes nine colleges as well as Ahqaf University colleges and vocational institutes as well as the evolution in public education through the expansion of the buildings and the quality of education, Training and qualifying teachers to enhance their capabilities and promote education of girls and the figures speak for what has been achieved in this province.
we are facing obligations and responsibilities on how to direct these achievements and maintain them and create an outlet which embraces all.All eager to and visitors keep talking about and enjoyed by all people is not a benefit to us but also for generations.
As we have responsibilities and obligations in the implementation of new projects in all areas and the completion of the projects and improve the conditions of living and raise the level of education and take advantage in creating job opportunities for youth and women's development, we will implement strategic projects, including electricity and energy for the next phase and Khor Al-Mukalla on the second stage , the airport in Al-Mukalla, sayoon and Shihir and Mukalla , industrial zone and Dhabah and the marine tongue in the Alqarn and rural development in agriculture and fish tissue and palm project in the area of roads, schools and water.I n the coming days, twenty mega will enter service during the coming days, two generators and will limit the power cut located inside the provincial capital.
What is happening in Sa'dah is an armed terror bypassing and violating the tenets of the entireQuran, Sunnah and law and order ,advocating dread sectarianism and regionalism, racial and call for retroactivity, colonialism and oppression, disease and all the sons of Hadhramout Governorate condemn this criminal act of terrorism and call them to return to the right, they thank the President during the call to the scholars . This is not surprising or new. We call them to refrain from these terrorist rebellion and listen to this precious opportunity Yemen suffered many losses in lives and money, the economy and undermine security, stability and the invitation of His Excellency President in August . To the right and the forum for dialogue where Yemen is the cradle of civilization and history .
