The event started with verses from the Holy Quran .later   Secretary-General of the Council, for Tarim District  Engineer Mohamed Awadh Hadi .congratulated outstanding students who obtained the first five positions . He urged them to make every effort in their academic future and to choose the best scientific disciplines. The Secretary General   expressed the readiness of the local authority of the Directorate to overcome all the difficulties that hinder the educational process at the Directorate in general and specially the Suweiry Boys Secondary School...  Tarim District Education office was represented Mr/ Attas Ahmed Al-aiderous Instructor of Sports in the department of education; he gave a speech on behalf of the department a speech on behalf. On behalf of the parents council Mr.Karamah Abeid Ba-dhawi gave its speech where he urged the students to acquire education, to seek knowledge and programming themselves as well as to divide their time between studies and other work. At the end of the ceremony the guest presented the certificates to the outstanding five outstanding students and those participants in the school competitions, .Scientific methodology of the third grade scientific section, literary as well as honoring the others.
